JUNIOR LABOUR DANCE.
The members of the Palmerston North Junior Labour Party held a further fortnightly dance in the Cosmopolitan Hall. A leading professional oichestra, which featured an electric oigan, supplied music for modern, and old-time dances, while Mr L Christensen fulfilled the position of M.C. in l very capable manner. The June Scott School of Dancing presented a ballet as an interlude to the dancing, wlncn included the lucky Gay Gordons, Monte Carlo waltz, streamer one-steps, spotlight fox-trots, etc. At the conclusion of the’ evening the M.C announced that the next fortnightly dance will be held in the Cosmopolitan Hall, on Tuesday, June IS.
