CAULIFLOWER SOUFFLE. Break a small cauliflower into small flowerets and soak well in salted water for 1 hour. Cook for 10 minutes in boiling salted water. Drain well and place in a well-greased souffle. dish Melt 2 tablespoons butter or margarine in a saucepan, add 3 tablespoons flour, cook a little, then add i pint milk.
