THREAT TO YUGOSLAVIA. TROOrS MASSED ON BORDER. LONDON, April 22. The Times says German attention is directed on the Balkans in the identical manner it was on Scandinavia before the invasion. The Belgrade correspondent of the Times says that five cases of riflo ammunition were found in the German pavilion at the Belgrade Fair. The Germans have been seeking to buy large quantities of topboots. Three carloads of Germans were arrested for following King Peter. Seventy thousand troops and 35(1 warplanes aro concentrated in the Klngenfurt area (on the border between former Austria and Yugoslavia). German propaganda regarding Slovakia declares that Croatia’s struggle for freedom is within, sight of achievement. Another report from Belgrade says that the commandant in a statement said spies were making trouble in the army.
