BATHROOM EVENING.
On Saturday evening the home of Mrs Bockctt was the scene of a jolly party, the occasion being a bathroom evening in honour of M.ss R. Peters who is to be shortly married. The evening was spent in amusing com petitions and games and community singing. After supper Mrs Bockctt asked Miss Peters to accept the gifts °i her friends, and a varied collection was opened, testifying to the popu canty of the guest of the evening. -Miss Peters returned thanks. r l he guests were Mesdames Harwood, Aikman, Rainlorth. Mvlroi Howie, Day, Peters. Ball, Ellerv and Misses Peters, Wishart, Whittaker (2) and Harwood.
