RENEWED DEMANDS.
WASHINGTON, March 20. Isolationists within and without Congress have renewed demands lor Mr J. H. R. Cromwell’s recall. Significance is attached to the request of the Secretary of State (Air Hull) for the Ottawa Legation to send u copy of the speech.
