RUMANIAN OIL.
INFORMATION FOR BRITAIN. (British Official Wireless.) Received February 22, 12.18 p.m. RUGBY, Dec. 21. It is learned in informed London circles that the Rumanian Minister m London has handed a Note to Loid Halifax (Foreign Minister) containing the information asked for by Lord Halifax concerning the functions of the recently-appointed Rumanian 1 Board and the present position ot -Kuinnman oil supplies to Germany'. The British Government is considering this reply, but no statement as to the impression it has made is ye available.
