DECLINE ON WALL STREET.
NEW YORK, Oct. 7. Slocks have declined from one to three points on a light trading basis, caused by rumours that a European peace might bo expected. Steel, aviation, sugar and copper shores led the recession. United States and foreign Government stocks advanced, but domestic corporates declined, as did commodities .Wheat is down a cent or mure a bushel. NEW YORK, Oct. 5. The turnover on tbo New York Stock Exchange to-day amounted to 910,000 stocks and shares.
