A RECIPE.
SWEDISH PANCAKES. Take 2 cupfuls sifter! flour, i teaspoon) u! salt, 1 tablespoonful sugar, 3 eggs, 4 cupfuls milk. Mix and sift the dry ingredients. Beat the eggs well, and mix with milk; add to flour mixture gradually, beating until smooth. Bake quickly in greased, hot frying pan, cooking one large cake at a time. Spread with jam, and pile one upon another; re-heat, <lu-t with powdered sugar and cut into wedge shaped pieces.
