DEFENSIVE PACT
BRITAIN, FRANCE, RUSSIA. DESIRE EMPHASISED. (United Press Association —By Electric Telegraph.—Copyright.) LONDON, July 28. The Times says that Anglo-French declarations are expected on July 3L emphasising the desire of Britain, France and Russia for a defensive pact, and announcing the formal composition of the military, naval and air missions. A Paris message says the Havas News Agency states that it is reliably reported that a French military mission will go to Moscow shortly. Political and staff conversations will proceed simultaneously. A British Official Wireless message states that Sir William Seeds’s report on his last meeting with M. Molotov at Moscow is being examined in London.
