AIR JUSTICE CADE AN TO ACT. Per Press Association. WELLINGTON, June 11. 'Hie Attorney-General (Hon. H. G. I!. Mason) announced to-day that it had been arranged to make Air Justice Chilian available to act as Judge of the Arbitration Court in place of Air Justice O’Rogan, who is at present absent because of illness. Tt is expected the Court under the presidency of Air Justice Calkin will sit first at Dunedin on AVodnesdav, June 21, to make fixtures there and upon conclusion of Iho Dunedin sittings the Court will proceed to Greymoiith. In arranging its calendar and itinerary, the Court will give preference In claims of compensation for accidents and fo any eases of special urgency relating to industrial awards.
