NATIONAL DAIRY SHOW
WINTER EXHIBITION OPENS JUDGING IN PROGRESS
Tho M;uiaw;ttu and West Coast A. and P. Association's National Dairy Show opened to-day in dull weather, with a shower at mid-day, but this did not prevent generous public patronage. Judging of all classes, except the poultry and cage-bird sections, was in progress, and an efficient team of stewards facilitated the. allocation of awards. Officially opened early this afternoon by Sir Harry Batterbee, High Commissioner in Aew Zealand for the United Kingdom, the winter exhibition will have a record duration of seven days and seven nights, concluding on Saturday next.
