EN GIN EE R S I) ISS ATJ SFIE D. SING LK-B ER TH CA BIN S. Received June 9, 9.15 a.in. SYDNEY, June 9. Trouble among engineers aboard the Niagara yesterday has delayed the sailing. It is understood the engineers objected to their quarters and demanded single-berth cabins instead of doubles. The ship has just come out of dock alter an extensive overhaul. Efforts to settle the trouble with the engineers are proceeding.
