The British United Press correspondent in Prague states that Baron von Ncurath (head of the Secret Council) returned to-day from Berlin and imposed the most rigorous proclamation upon the city of Kladno as a sequel to the murder of a tierman policeman. The proclamation forbade open-air meetings, closed cinemas and schools, and deposed the mayor and city councillors. New police have been appointed and the German Commissioner has ordered flie- closing of all doors ami windows from 2 p.m. to 5 n.m. Those open would he fired on.
