TOP SPEED REARMING.
RUMANIAN PRECAUTIONS. Received June 8, 9.50 a.m. BUCHAREST, June 7. King Carol, opening tbe Corporative Parliament on Fascist lines, announced to-day that Rumania was rearming at top speed to safeguard her interests. Though she is pacifically inclined Rumania would not accept peace at any price.
