BIRTHDAY OBSERVANCE. Per Press Association. WELLINGTON, June 7. The Governor-General (Lord Galway) has received from His Majesty the King, at Parry Sound, Ontario, the following reply to the message sent to llis Majesty on the occasion of the holiday observance of His Majesty’s birthday: “Please express to the Government and the people of New Zealand my warm thanks for the kind message on the celebration of my birthday. The Queen and I deeply appreciate their good wishes for our present tour.”
