MANCHESTER ST. SCHOOL.
ADDITIONS TO BE MADE. Advice Inis been received by Hon. J. G. Cobbe, M.P., that Cabinet has approved of a grant for the erection of a detached room to accommodate infant. classes at the Manchester Street School, the room to he of a modern, open-air type. 'The building is to be Iho nucleus of a new school. The additional accommodation was rendered necessary owing to there being insufficient classrooms at the school. This necessitated the removal of the opportunity class to a church kindergarten building in Manchester Street some time ago.
