Lady members of Flic Levin Golf Club wore entertained by the Palmerston North ladies on the Atvatapn links yesterday afternoon, when an interclub match was played. Following are the results. PRESENTATION OF AOTEA-R.OA CUP.

A very pleasant function took place in the ladies’ lounge of the club-house on Alondav afternoon when, at the conclusion of afternoon tea, ATrs C. V. Cinchetto (club captain) congratulated Aliss B. Creighton on behalf of the club on her fine effort and presented her with the Aoten-Roa Cup, which she recently won. Aliss .T. Brown, on behalf of her club-mates, presented Aliss Creighton with a posv. Ali ss Creighton briefly returned thanks, and the gathering terminated with the singing of “For She’s a Jolly Good Fellow” and cheers.

An apology for absence was received from Airs L. Seifert, who had been invited to make the presentation but was unable to do so.
