MEAT PRICES IN LONDON
The Bank of New Zealand (produce department) has received the following advice from its London office as at close of business last week: —There is. a moderate demand for wethers and prices are a shade lower, lhe market for owes is dull. 7 lie demand for lamb is affected by low prices of chilled beef and the market is rather easier. The market is over supplied with chilled beef.
