HERR HITLER’S MESSAGE. NATIONALISTS CONGRATULATED. (United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph.—Copyright.) Received March 2d, 12 noon. BERLIN, March 28. Herr Hitler has telegraphed congratulating General Eranco on the entry of Nationalist troops to Madrid. Ho declared that the Nationalists had achieved a complete victory over Bolshevism. Ho associated Germany with his felicitations for Spain’s future.
