A RECIPE.
POTATO SALAD. Take 1 pint cold potatoes (diced), beetroot, 1 tablespoonful minced onion, pint diced celery, tart apples, 1 tablcspoonful minced parsley, 1 tablespoonful pimento mayonnaise, J cupful French dressing, 1 tablespoonful minced pimento. Mix potato, onion, clery, pimento, and parsley together. Stir in French dressing. Stand for ono hour. Add one cupful chopped tart apple if liked, and add a little mayonnaise. Arrrange in a glass salad howl. Decorate with a little chopped beetroot or gherkin.
