THE DUCE’S SPEECH
PARIS OPINION CRITICAL.
ITALIAN ATTITUDE. NEED EOR CHANGE. (United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph.—Copyright.) PARIS, March 27.
The mDrning newspapers are critical of Signor Mussolini’s speech. The consensus of opinion is that, while he left the door open for negotiation, it, would scarcely be possible for France to negotiate until Italy’s attitude is completely changed. This attitude is summed up by Figaro, which states the Duce is inviting France to pay for his mistakes.
