LONDON WOOL MARKET.
VALUES FULLY FIRM. LONDON, March 25. Offerings at the London wool sales have been well cleared, with prices fully firm at tho January level. A large proportion of the offering was greasy cross-bred, for which there was the keenest competition, chiefly from the Home trade, but there was also some Russian bidding. There was also a strong demand for the broader tyjies of AJerinos, but superfine wools did not meet good competition, though prices were unchanged. Bradford remains firm, though the ex/•x>rt trade is restricted because of the international situation, which involved the virtual closing, possibly only temporarily, of two important Continental markets, namely Lithuania and Rumania.
