MANAWATU CLUB. An unofficial Sfcableford bogey handicap was played at the liokowliitu Golf Club during the week-end. There was a largo number of competitors and some good cards were returned. Conditions were perfect. The best cards were:—l. C. Robinson and M. I). Loftus, 47 points; V. Sutherland and J. Hodgos, 44; K. Glendinning and T. llapley, 44; E. R. Chapman and F. Jolly, 43; R. Duncalf and FJ. August, 40; D. McKenzie and E. Fletcher, 40; F. I). Jones and W. Moffatt, 39; W. J. Jennings and Iv. •Struthers, 38; F. Guinness and R. H. Mahoney, 38. At the week-end Tv. Glendinning did a round in 70, and F,. R. Chapman returned two good cards of 74 and 75.
