MELODY DANCE CLUB.
Miss V r . R. Hubbard, Palmerston North, who is a well-known and successful dance organiser, was hostess at an enjoyable dance on Saturday night, at Foxton Beach. Owing to numerous counter-attractions, the attendance was moderate, but those present entered with zest into the modern and old-time dances. Music was supplied by Mr Geo. Dawson, and the M.C. was Mr W. Jordan, who also executed two tap dances. Patrons were present from Wanganui and Palmerston North, and Miss Hubbard’s next dance night will be eagerly awaited.
