EGYPT ALARMED.
ITALIAN TROOPS IN LIBYA. Received March 22, 11.40 a.m. CAIRO, March 21. Mahmoud Pasha (President of Cabinet) has protested to the Italian Ambassador against the reinforcements in Libya. He has informed him that if the" movements continue Egypt will take measures to protect her frontier with her ally, Britain.
