VISIT OF FRENCH PRESIDENT. (British Official AVireless.) RUGBY, March 20. In AA T estminster and the City of' London, the routes along which the President of France and Madame Lebrun will drive during their State visit this week, have been gaily decorated. They are assured of a warm welcome when they arrive to-morrow. That the visit of the head of a sister democracy should have fallen in these critical cbi-ys for the nations that prize lilierty will invest the visit with altogether special significance.
