FRENCH REFUSAL
RECOGNITION OF COUP. CZECH LEGATIONS HELD. NO PERMISSION TO NAZIS. (United Press Association—By Electric T elegraph.—Copyright.) Received March 22, 12.45 p.m. PARIS, March 21. The Government has announced that as it refuses to recognise the German annexation of Czechoslovakia, Germany has not been permitted to occupy the Czech Legation in Paris nor the consulates throughout France. A Prague report says that Dr. Hacha has issued a decree dissolving the Czechoslovakian Chamber arid the Senate. ACTION IN CALCUTTA. A Calcutta message says that the Czechoslovakian Consul has refused to hand over the Consulate to Germany.
