MASS ARRESTS.
Received March 22, 1.50 p.m. DAMASCUS, March 21. The Grand Mufti is lielieved to have fled to Hedjaz, escaping the French military round-up, during which mass arrests of Palestine rebel leaders and Syrian Nationalists were carried out.
