TURNED TO HATRED.
ANGLO-FRENCH ATTITDDE. GERMANY’S OUTSPOKEN CLAIM. LONDON, March 20. “The earthquake which shook England and France last week has turned their attitude toward Germany info hatred,” declares the official German radio. Jt goes on: “The era of Western democracies has ended. Germany is the greatest central European Power, responsible for the maintenance of peace, and is entitled to act as she considers expedient.-” Official circles in Berlin arc startled at the British and French refusal to recognise the annexation of Czechoslovakia, but no official comment has yet been made. The National Zeitung says that if the termination of the Munich Agreement represents the wishes of Britain, the people of Britain must be regarded as the enemy of existence.
