Graham, president of the Women’s Division. In connection with the box groups two of the latter were formed, Miss C. Harding acting as secretary for the home turning group and Alls Hickson for the dresmakisng group. it was suggested that the two organisations could work together in this matter. Miss Johnson stated that the system consisted of tiiose members wnu were willing to study the subjects dealt with in the boxes. They paid a subscription fee of Is each and return freight on the boxes to the college, (or next group), and were enrolled on a register kept by the secretary of the group. The maximum attendance per group was fifteen. The contents of each box varied with the course or the particular lecture being studied. Practically always the box contained fifteen copies of the lecture being studied, made as interesting as possible, so that each person could have her own copy. Several questions were asked on the subject. Mrs J. M. Graham, on behalf ot the Women’s Division, took the opportunity of wishing Airs N. M. Burnett, a very pleasant tour overseas with the New Zealand institutes’ delegation. The opportunity was also taken to have a photograph taken of the representatives of the two organisations.
