CROATIAN DEMAND.
IN YUGOSLAVIA. Received March 21. 1.30 p.m. BELGRADE, March 20. The Croat Leader (M. Maehek) has publicly demanded home rule lor the Croatia ns. Croatia-Slovonia, which is now part of Yugoslavia, was before 1918 part of Austria-Hungary. The Croats are a minority in Jugoslavia as the Sudetens were in Czechoslovakia.
