Tlie Portuguese and Spanish Governments have signed .an agreement of friendship and non-aggression.
A British Official Wireless message says that the pact of non-aggression and friendship between the Spanish and Portuguese Governments is welcomed in British official circles.
The British Government had been duly advised ot this development, which in no way bears upon or affects relations between Britain and Portu-
