SOUTH SEAS TRAGEDY. CAPSIZE OF CUTTER. Per I’rosc; Association. AUCKLAND, -March 19. Private advice received in Auckland from Nukualofa by the motor ship Ala tun stated that severe loss of life occurred early this month when a cutter capsized on a voyage from Eua to Kologa, a coastal village on the main island. Of the cutter's crew 19 natives were lost, and at the time the Ala tun left Nukualofa three bodies had been recovered. Ten members of the crew were saved. No advice lias been received of the name of the cutter.
