DUAL VOTING.

Charged with dual voting at the general elections, Edward William Wellman, a watersider, was sentenced to a year’s probation in the Supreme Court to-day providing accused took out a prohibition order and paid the costs of the prosecution. Counsel stated that accused’s action had been tile result of intoxication.
