AGREEMENT VIOLATED.
ITALIAN ARMS FOR YEMEN. LONDON, Feb. 17. Signor Mussolini has broken .Article 2 of the Anglo-Italian Agreement by secretly sending arms to Yemen in exchange for the control of several strategic islands fringing the Yemen coast. Article 2 states: “Neither party will seek a privileged political position in the territory at present belonging to Saudi Arabia, AT: men, or territory which either State might hereafter acquire.”
