TREASURY BILLS.
(British Official Wireless.) Received February IS, 11.10 a.m. RUGBY, Feb. 17. The total amount applied for in tenders for £20,000,000 Treasury bills was £70,135,000. The average rate per cent, for bills at three months was 10s 6.4 d, compared with 10s 1.41 d a week ago.
