DEATH SENTENCES.

CANADIAN CIUME. WINNIPEG, Feb. 16. Convicted of heating to death an 81 years old woman in a burglarly, three men —Peter Korenowski, Daniel Prytula, and William Kanuka—were hanged together. Desperate for funds after a series of carousals, they plotted to rob a 91 years old farmer, Elko Cottick, who they believed had wealth concealed on him. They broke into the farmhouse, heating and trussing Cottick. His wife resisted and was fatally beaten. Accused were only arrested as suspects. The trio supplied damaging evidence unknowingly by a discussion of the crime and an agreement to tell the same story in Court, all of which was recorded through a hidden police radio in the cells.
