Received February 17, 11.50 a.m. RANGOON, Feb. 16. The House of Representatives to-day passed a vote of no-confidence in the Government by 70 votes to 37. STREET DEMONSTRATIONS. Received February 17, 8.5 a.m. RANGOON, Feb. 16. Protesting against the new coalition Government, demonstrators burnt effigies of the Prime Minister amid the beating of tin pans and kettles. Black flags were flown from buildings and motor cars in the city were placarded, “Down with the Coalition.” The Senate .passed a motion of noconfidence iii the Government yesterday.
