(United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright.) (British Official Wireless.)

Received February 17, 10.50 a.m RUGBY, Feb. 10.

The Minister added that the Palestine Arabs represented that the existence of an independent Arab State would not be incompatible with the security of the Jewish minority.
