APPROACH TO YOYANG
(Independent Cable Service.) HONG KONG, Feb. 15
The right wing of the Chinese offensive in Hunan is now within 25 miles of Yoyang, while the Chinese guerrillas have cut the Canton-Han-kow railway between Yoyang and Hankow and may force the Japanese to withdraw eastward in order to avoid isolation from their base at Hankow.
