LEAVE TO DISTRIBUTE. SYDNEY, Fob. 14. The Probate Court to-day granted leave to distribute the £12,874 estate of the late Sir Charles Kingsford Smith, the whole of which is bequeathed to his widow who is now Mrs Mary Tally, of Toorak, Victoria, and who, some time ago, obtained leave to swear her husband’s death on his ill-fated flight from England to Australia ,in November, 1935.
