JIBE AT ADVERSARIES. (United Press Association —By Electric Telegraph.—Copyright.) Received January 24, 8.5 a.m. ROME, Jan. 22.
In his speech to-day on price and distribution in connection with the annual wheat crop competition, Signor Mussolini said: Last September I stated that Fascism’s professional adversaries were too stupid to be dangerous. I reaffirm this in the most explicit terms.
Tho Duce added: Were 1 to read you the contents of speeches and articles containing the childish prophecies, absurd lies and ridiculous hopes which Fascism's enemies diffuse about Italy I would make you laugh so loud and long that, despite the harrier of tho Alps, many windows in the metropolis beyond your frontiers would be shattered.
