Scnor del Vayo, accompanied by the Spanish Ambassador, today, made a last appeal to M. Bonnet (Foreign Minister) to kelp the Republicans. After M. Bonnet bad reiterated France’s determination to adhere to the non-intervention policy, Senor del Vayo declared that the Government would fight to the last.
