GISBORNE RAM FAIR.

A flock of Romney rams sold at tho annual Gisborne fair at prices two to three guineas lower than last year, though values hardened in the afternoon on the morning selling. Fancied lines ranged from 10 to 12 guineas, other good sorts selling from eight to 10 guineas, hut most at lower prices. Ruyers were present from the Bav of Plenty and northern Hawke’s Ray. Many leading North Island flocks were represented in the catalogue. The offering totalled 1750.
