PRAGUE, Jan. 23.

-The Finance Minister (Dr. Kalfus), in a statement to-day, said that the Government expected Poland, Germany and Hungary to assume approximately 35 per cent, of Czechoslovakia’s State'debt because they had acquired more than that proportion of the Republic’s population, area and productive wealth.
