BOWLING.

INTER-CLUB MATCHES. Both ilie Oroua and Folding Bowling Clubs engaged in matches with the Mar ton Club on Saturday afternoon. The weather was line and except lor a slight wind conditions were pleasant, and an enjoyable afternoon was spent. At Oroua, Mr V. Hausinann, president of the Oroua Club, welcomed the visiting rinks while Mr A. Williamson did likewise at the Bedding green on behalf of the Bedding Club howlers. Both greens were in excellent order and afternoon tea was provided by the ladies.
