LEAGUE RESOLUTIONS.
WARFARE IN CHINA AND SPAIN

The League Council, at a secret sesion, to-day, drafted resolutions dealing with Spain and China, neither of which is likely to satisfy those most concerned.
One resolution expresses sympathy with China, reaffirming Japan as the aggressor, and the other takes note of additional information regarding the bombing of civilians in Spain, and condemns such methods of warfare.
