INTER-HOUSE SPORTS.
TEAM COAIPETES AT NAPIER. The team of girls from the P.D.C who were successful in winning the Palmerston North championship at lhi> intcr-housc sports recently, lolt by ear to-day for Napier, where they will compete in the North Island intcr-housc championships as representatives of Palmerston North. AVoolworths, who were placed second locally, are unfortunately not able to accompany them. There are 12 girls in the team besides the captain and a number of local supporters also made the journey. The competitions include physical drill, military marching and hall games. The girls have been invited to give an exhibition at Dannevirko on their way home, and this will take place on Monday, if conditions permit, and the team will arrive back in Palmerston North on Monday evening..
