OFFICIAL INTIMATION
Received December 23, 10.10 a.m. PARTS, Dee. 22. It is officially stated that Italy has sent a Note to M. Poncct (French Ambassador in Rome) stating that it no longer considers the agreements made by M. Laval and Signor Mussolini valid.
