Mr and Mrs A. Wilcock, of Masterton, are staying with Mrs Wilcock’s parents Mr and Mi's H. J. Davies, of Kiniboltoii Road.
Mr and Mrs M. Diamond, of Hastings, are visiting tlieir daughter, Mrs L. Wellwood, Waituna West.
Miss M. Watkins has returned to Christchurch after visiting Mrs F. Mason, of Saudou Road. Mr and Mrs J. P. Petrie and their daughters, accompanied by Miss Elaine Ewen, have gone to Plimmerton for a fortnight’s holiday. Mr and Mrs T. Bailey, of Porangahau, will spend Christmas with Mr Bailey’s parents, Mr and Mrs W. A. Bailey, of “Kaingara.” Mr and Mrs J. E. Barltrop, of Beattie Street, will have as their guests for Christmas Mr and Mrs K. G McLean, of Stratford, and Mr and Mrs I. Meldrum/of Waipawa. Mrs E. M. Taylor, of Auckland, and Miss Nancy Taylor, of Wellington, will be the guests of Mr and Mrs W. A. SandiUnnds, of Ivimbolton Road, for Christmas.
Mrs P. Mason, of Waipukurau, will spend Christinas with her parents, Mr and Mrs M. •C. Ancell, of Camden Street, and will later visit her sister, Mrs A. Wenzel, x of Arapatn.
Mrs H. B. Johnston, of “Kamano.” Cheltenham, has returned from a holiday at Paraparaumu Beach. Mrs J. W. Perry, of Penny’s Line, has returned from Paraparaumu.
